The Bioethics Forum is MBC's quarterly journal. It has a subscription base of 2,500 physicians, business people, scholars, nurses, students, and lay citizens. The journal provides solid, readable analyses of ethical issues. Features of the Bioethics Forum The journal is thematically arranged. Each quarter a selected theme is examined in depth by our invited writers. Past themes have included Physician-Assisted Suicide, Perinatal Ethics, Future Issues in Bioethics, Ethics and the Media, Minors' Rights in Health Care Decision Making, Managed Care, Organizational Ethics, Ethical Issues in Health Care of the Developmentally Disabled, Ethics and Complementary Medicine, and Reflections on a Good Death. Special supplements are included in appropriate issues of the journal. The journal is intended to inform not only health care professionals but all who are interested in health care. |
